HR Business Partner / Manager


Accountabilities:

  • HR representation to the senior management team

Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Planning 

  • Developing and executing HR strategies that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives 

  • Identifying gaps and promoting OKRs to achieve the department goals and contribute to the company’s vision 

Talent Management 

  • Overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. 

Employee relations and engagement 

  • Ensuring a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement and resolving conflicts. 

Compliance to applicable laws 

  • Ensuring compliance local HR laws and regulations, implementing internal HR policies and procedures, enforcing company-wide policies such as Data Privacy and Security Policies 

Compensation and benefits 

  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs and ensuring they are competitive and cost-effective. 

Organizational development 

  • Supporting change management and organizational development initiatives to enhance business results and employee engagement. 

Operations 

  • Overseeing HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS, to ensure efficient and effective HR services. 

Budget and resource management 

  • Developing and managing the HR budget and resources to support HR initiatives and programs. 

Representation 

  • Representing the HR function at the senior management level and communicating HR initiatives and plans to the board of directors. 

Promotion of diversity, equality, and inclusion 

  • Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace and implementing programs to support DEI goals.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same capacity with hands-on or advisory role in end-to-end HR team administration 

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with complex HR issues and develop effective solutions 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with all levels of the organization 

  • Proficiency in HR information system, applicant tracking systems, payroll, and benefits administration 

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices 

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics 

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Psychology, or related field 

  • Data driven decision making 

  • Direct experience or familiarity with the technicalities and variables affecting Organizational Development (OD)
